GalaxEye Space is hiring for the role of Associate- CTO's Office!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Support the CTO and VP Engineering in preparing strategy documents, product roadmaps, and R&D review reports.
• Act as a bridge between the technology division and other teams like Product, Business Development, and Operations.
• Regularly interact with key stakeholders across divisions to ensure smooth communication and alignment on priorities.
• Maintain comprehensive records and documentation related to technology development, experiments, and architecture decisions.
• Assist in tracking progress against the technical roadmap and identifying areas for improvement or innovation.
• Help identify potential patentable technologies emerging from GalaxEye’s R&D.
• Support the process of drafting proposals, coordinating with technical leads, and assisting in the IP documentation process.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies in aerospace, satellite imaging, data fusion, and AI/ML applications.
• Prepare research briefs, competitive analyses, and innovation reports for leadership.
• Develop and maintain internal and external technical presentations, investor decks, and marketing materials highlighting GalaxEye’s technology, vision, and progress

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate complex technical ideas into clear, concise messages
• Proactive and comfortable interacting with engineers, scientists, and business teams alike
• Strong documentation and presentation skills (experience with PowerPoint, Canva, or similar tools is a plus)
