Reliance Retail is hiring for the role of Associate - CRM!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Functions the overall department
- Ensure accuracy of customer database and timeliness of reports sent from the department
- Hande and escalate customer complaints
- Co-ordinate with legal for clarifications regarding registration of new customers, as and when required
- Oversee telemarketing activities at the DC
- Schedule staff in the appropriate manner, considering the pattern of customer walk-ins
- Motivate the team, reviewing their performance from time to time and analyzing their training needs
