Bain & Company is hiring for the role of Associate CRM!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Conduct regular reviews of records to ensure integrity and compliance, and participate in central processes focused on data accuracy and enrichment using trusted external sources and data providers
• Work closely with team members on projects and initiatives, while collaborating cross-functionally
• Collaborate with internal departments and data owners to execute data enrichment projects for overall data quality improvement
• Continuously develop knowledge and expertise in the Cortex program, using technology and data monitoring to identify improvement opportunities
• Use effective communication skills to deliver insights, present functional improvements, and process change proposals, to facilitate consensus-building
• Use technology (Excel, Alteryx, SQL) to optimize and/or carry out data processes in an efficient manner
• Provide user support and answer-first communication to ensure quick response times and timely resolution of client requests 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is required 
• Should have a minimum 1 year of prior experience working in database systems in a professional services environment
• Experience in MS Excel required
• Experience using CRM systems, especially Salesforce and Marketing systems like Marketo preferred
• Experience using email communication systems like Outlook and ServiceNow preferred
• Experience using data visualization tools like Tableau preferred
• SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, Python experience preferred
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work closely with teams in Australia, the USA, France, or other parts of the world, which will require flexible hours 
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage competing priorities
• Understanding of the importance of data privacy and data security in a professional environment
• Ability to continuously evaluate processes with attention to detail and identify opportunities for process optimization
• High level of professional ethics and self-motivation
