Havas is hiring for the role of Associate Creative Director!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Creates high-quality deliverables and generates new and innovative ideas, alongside partners and under the supervision of the Creative Director/ECD.
• Create and develop a broad range of concepts on strategy.
• Collaborates to refine creative briefs and interacts with project teams to understand business objectives and audience demographics, translating concepts into effective visualizations. 
• Review work from junior teams, using judgment to advance the best thinking that is in line with the brief and project scope.
• Presents and sells ideas to clients; listens and interprets client feedback.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to expand current assignments and acquire new projects. 
• Uses presentation skills and command of visual ideas to help win pitches. 
• Supervise and delegate work successfully within collaborative teams.
• Ability to provide effective creative feedback on work and help make the junior talent produce better work.
• Transfer industry best practices and innovative ideas to your team.
• Foster passion, hunger, and curiosity to produce better work in your teams. 
• Assist CD’s in hiring and managing a group of direct reports.

Requirements:

•  Fluency in both digital and traditional channels, including all social media platforms, content creation, and video, and understanding best production practices.
