IG Group is hiring for the role of Associate Corporate Action Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Processing of all Corporate Action events -both Mandatory and Voluntary within IG systems.
• Sending Client emails describing corporate action events and election choices.
• Collation of Client instructions.
• Preparation of Client Bookings.
• Posting of dividends across product ranges in different IG systems.
• Handling client queries and queries from the IG helpdesk accurately and timely manner.
• Resolving reconciliation issues arising out of corporate actions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from a tier 1 or tier 2 college, or 1-2 years of experience in corporate actions.
• Strong understanding of corporate action events (dividends, mergers, stock splits, rights issues).
• Working knowledge of equity and derivative products.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Understanding of risks in corporate actions processing, including client money handling.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive mindset and ability to adapt to changing business needs.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to support across different tasks.
• Flexible approach to work hours and duties during peak periods.
