Razorpay is hiring for the role of Associate- Content Writing!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Drive the content strategy for the Pod/product
• Own business goals that will be driven by various content projects
• Edit content before publishing
• Analyze trends, customer insights and identify topics for content creation
• Partner with sales, product, banking, finance teams to craft engaging narratives and stories that fuel our business growth
• Create plans and working models for content for various use cases and mediums - blogs, video scripts, ads copies, landing pages, social media copies, etc.
• Develop the style, tone, and voice to different mediums and scenarios
• Set content best practices that can be adopted across teams.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in Fintech/SaaS/Product companies as a technical writer/proofreader/content writer/content editor
• Impeccable written and spoken communication skills
• Very strong proofreading skills
• Acute attention to detail
• Deep understanding of analytics to measure content success
• Strong bias-for-action and ownership mindset
