LSEG is hiring for the role of Associate Content Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Process and maintain data accurately and timely on databases using technical and financial knowledge.
• Communicate and liaise with internal teams to resolve data queries.
• Understand and interpret consensus and comparable Actuals.
• Understand and interpret estimates available in research reports.
• Understand and interpret Actuals & Guidance from a company's earnings release.
• Develop expertise in data-related issues and build knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and market practices.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, timeliness, and completeness according to company standards for the covered product/market.
• Support specific projects as assigned by the manager.
• Adhere to change control procedures, data operations standards, and current data policies and procedures.
• Possess basic knowledge of MS Office.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong knowledge of global markets, including estimates content and process knowledge.
• In-depth understanding of financial markets.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in professional email communication.
• Ability to work within a team and build interpersonal relationships.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, particularly advanced MS Excel.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• Strong analytical and data mining skills.
• Working knowledge of Word and Excel.
• Ability to use in-house database (training will be provided).
• Effective and appropriate use of the Internet.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Management, or a related analytical field.
