Responsibilities:

• Manage database administration and source exchange and contributed data.
• Stay updated with the latest collection policies, procedures, and significant market developments affecting data collection.
• Assist in projects focusing on data content.
• Review the work of analysts and data providers.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, timeliness, and completeness within the team.
• Resolve client queries promptly, maintaining high standards of response quality and customer satisfaction.
• Make quick and independent decisions when necessary.
• Coach analysts on data collection policies and procedures.
• Identify and implement improvements to reduce client service requests and meet service targets.
• Propose enhancements to collection tools, internal processes, and suggest long-term solutions to prevent client queries.
