SHL is hiring for the role of Associate Consultant (PS)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Engage clients in the design of talent solutions.
• Provide consulting expertise to address client concerns.
• Evaluate talent data to provide unique insights for clients.
• Provide high-quality engagement, and delivery and demonstrate value improvement.
• Architect the assessment solution for the client and achieve a sign-off.
• Assist the team in delivery plans for large and complex projects.

Requirements:

• Essential Skills:
  • Experience with data management, statistical reports, and psychometrics.
  • Demonstrated success in a solution selling, analytics, or advising role with large and/or small client organizations.
  • Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences regarding the application of I/O psychology science and research in organizations.
• Desirable Skills:
  • Good knowledge of core I/O Psychology topics such as personnel selection, training, performance management, executive development, job evaluation, and competency modeling.
  • Ability to embrace and demonstrate leadership beyond ownership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and lead presentations to customers and partners.
