Associate Consultant- Personal Insurance Job in Bangalore at Plum benefits

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assist Plum’s clientele to purchase life insurance products in line with their needs.
• Ensure a high level of responsiveness with prospects through the sales process.
• Navigate complex sales cycles in tandem with some of the largest insurers to ensure best-in-class experience for the customers.
• Liaise with partner insurers to develop and enhance product offerings, manage day-to-day operations wrt policy booking, placement, and post sales services.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of sales experience
• The ability to execute highly credible and articulate face-to-face, over the phone, and email conversations
• The ability to pitch complex ideas & products in an elegant, compelling way.
• The ability to work with tight targets and timelines.
