Support the team in developing solutions to assess projects across different thematic areas such as Education, Health, Skilling, and identifying appropriate methodology to measure impact
Support the team in developing research design based on the client outcomes, identifying relevant frameworks, sampling and stakeholders, and finalising indicators for key areas of enquiry
Define indicators, research questions and prepare data collection tools that are required to carry out the studies
Be in charge of creating the field plan and conducting end to end data collection for the study. This will include
Engaging with the implementation organizations to understand on-ground challenges, identifying relevant stakeholders, and conducting the data collection exercise
Managing enumerators, troubleshooting on the field, and ensuring quality data through regular back-end checks
Lead on-ground data collection to conduct in-depth interviews, focused groups discussions with key stakeholders on each project
Conduct the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the data collected using excel/STATA/Tableau
Draw relevant findings and insights from the data analysed
Create the wireframe for presenting preliminary insights and report
Taking the lead on putting together the final report of the project
2-4 years of professional experience in the business or social developmental sector
Background in research, project/programme assessments, data analytics
Minimum 1 year of experience working on monitoring, evaluation, or assessments in the social impact sector will be preferable
Strong data analysis, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to work across multiple projects in a collaborative, dynamic and multidisciplinary environment
Willingness to travel to remote locations
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
Self-driven, curious and adaptable personality with the ability to work independently
