Eli Lilly & Company is hiring for the role of Associate Consultant - Field Medical Optimization!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Report to the FMSO Team Leader and work within a team established to provide critical capabilities for Eli Lilly’s Global Field Medical organization.
- Assist in customer segmentation and identification, field medical sizing, structure, territory alignment design and maintenance, field call planning and refinement, and medical engagement Planning, Platform Support, and ad-hoc analytical needs.
Requirements:
- Knowledge and use of a variety of analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Python, SQL) and understanding of best situations to use specific tools
- Ensure compliance with company policies and any applicable state and federal laws and regulations
- User / Data management, e.g. data loading/extraction, database administration, data interfaces
- Accountable with a passion for delivering results and a superior customer experience
- Experience with Salesforce.com or Veeva CRM systems, Business reporting and analysis delivery
- Expertise in writing and debugging efficient SQL queries
- Working knowledge of Jupyter Notebook, Python, Unix & Tableau
- Ability to quickly analyze upstream and downstream impact for system changes
