The Hackett Group is hiring for the role of Associate Consultant - Benchmarking!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Understand the values and vision of the organization and align the activities accordingly.
• Protect the Intellectual Property.
• Adhere to all the policies and procedures.
• Should be aware of the functional benchmarking product, process definitions and use of the tools and commands.
• Demonstrate an understanding of Hackett capabilities associated with the primary and secondary benchmarking products.
• Develop positive working relationship with Business Advisor and US/Europe/Australia internal clients.
• Work with other line functions to collect or provide relevant data.
• Understand the delivery process and participate in the client related support services Location structure development, Login/Password resets, initial testing of any customized tool being used, etc..
• Assist team members/clients in reviewing, refining and articulating enquires/requests and projects
• Prepare project related materials & custom tools that are used in project delivery.
• Prepare and deliver draft presentations for stakeholder surveys and process/functional benchmarking results.
• Prepare and deliver benchmarking data validation material.
• Validate the appropriate changes identified in the scrub letter made by the client in the database.
• Create an error-free structured end products such as presentations, spreadsheets etc.
• Complete ad hoc knowledge building and business development projects as necessary.
• Tool testing and providing input into product development as requested.

Requirements:

• Experience in customer relationship management using highly professional verbal and oral communication skills.
• Should have knowledge on quantitative/ data analytics and research skills with exposure to primary and secondary research.
• Should be organized and focused on delivering tasks within defined deadlines.
• Must be dynamic, flexible and possess perseverance skills.
• Should have understanding of business objectives and organization structure.
• The candidate must have strong work ethics and trustworthiness .
• The candidate should possess attention to detail and maintain confidentiality and integrity.
• Must be highly collaborative and team oriented with commitment to excellence.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Advanced).
• Should have knowledge on online data collection tools.
• Self-motivated, fast learner with the ability to operate independently.
• Must have interest and knowledge on SG&A activities across different industries.
• Ability to work under pressure to achieve the multiple daily deadlines for client deliverables with a mature approach.
• Negotiation and persuasion skills are required to work with partners and implement changes.
• A very inquisitive mind that can factor in several variables acting on the situation.
