Associate Consultant Job in Mumbai at DHL

DHL is hiring for the role of Associate Consultant!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work closely with Project Manager to gather, transform, analyze, summarize, and generate data driven insightful reports on customer data
• Manage/support projects related to supply chain business analysis for global customers
• Design and evaluate supply chain scenarios specific to customer requirement
• Lead moderate to complex level of global project engagements by leveraging functional skills in transportation alongside technical application of suitable optimization tools
• Data analysis pertaining to large data set of customers (shipment profile, freight analysis, consolidation opportunities etc.) by leveraging analytics and visualization tools (Advance Excel, Power BI etc.)
• Lead and deliver projects pertaining to center of gravity analysis, Network Design studies, Transport route optimization related business problems
• Ensure proper project documentation during the project journey and closure with proper record keeping with stakeholders
• Assist Senior consultants in analysing complex supply chain problems coupled with design support global customers (new & existing)
• Support Management team in delivering global deliverables (design / development of in-house tools, evaluate and test 3rd party transport tools for solving business problems)

Requirements:

• Divisional Experience
• Transport Data Analysis and representation
• Effective visualization development during project engagements Functional Experience (must have)
• Knowledge of transportation solution design framework
• Experience on working on Network Design and Transport Routing problems via tool driven mechanism (Llamasoft SCGx, Log hub, AIIMS etc.)
• Experience on projects related to supply chain design or inventory optimization.
• Advance level knowledge of MS Excel is a must.
• Hands on experience BI Tools (Power BI) Competencies
• Maintains effective relationships with stakeholders.
• Focuses on customer needs and gains their commitment.
