Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Ensure Timely Resolution And Quality Compliance Of Escalated Incidents Within Agreed Slas By Applying In-Depth Knowledge Of Azure Security Best Practices And Incident Management Protocols.
- Mentor Team Members And Administrators By Developing Standard Operating Procedures (Sops) And Maintaining Comprehensive Documentation To Enhance Team Capabilities And Knowledge Sharing.
- Validate Change Order Implementation Plans And Ensure Adherence To Human Error Compliance Using Azure Security Tools, While Actively Participating In Capacity Planning To Optimize Resource Allocation.
- Foster Positive Customer Relationships By Actively Participating In Customer Meetings To Gather Insights On Issues Faced, Ensuring That Feedback Is Integrated Into Service Improvements.
- Conduct Thorough Analyses, Including Root Cause Analysis And Trend Analysis, To Prepare Reports That Facilitate Performance Enhancement And Strategic Presentations To Key Business Stakeholders.
Requirements:
- In-Depth Knowledge Of Azure Security Solutions And Network Security Principles
- Strong Understanding Of Incident Management And Ticket Resolution Processes
- Proficient In Developing Documentation And Sops For Operational Excellence
- Excellent Analytical Skills For Conducting Performance-Related Analyses
- Effective Communication And Presentation Skills To Liaise With Stakeholders
- Optional But Valuable: Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate
- Optional But Valuable: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (Cissp)
