KPMG is hiring for the role of Associate Consultant!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Be responsible for client deliverables of low-medium complexity work with quality check
- Understand Clients' requirements, Design and deliver future-ready Workday solutions to help Clients optimize their Finance functions and enhance their employee experiences
- Assist with setup Configurations, Business processes, and Security Policies in the tenant
- Conduct data conversion using EIB,iLoad, Advance Loader, or Cloud Loader
- Assist with data validation and unit testing
- Support end-to-end testing, Migration, and Hypercare
Requirements:
- Qualification should be BE/B.Tech/MBA(Finance)/CA
- Candidate should have at least 2-4 years of experience in IT
- Professional Experience of at least 1 year in implementing or supporting Workday
- Experience in implementing configuring and supporting Workday Finance
- Understands Workday security
- Good written and verbal business communication
- Understands and abides by Information security and data privacy standards
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
