SS Supply Chain Management is hiring for the role of Associate Consultant!

Responsibilities of the Candidate: 

• Coordinate between customers and technical teams to understand customer needs, plan, and lead the analysis of complex problems and data.
• Analyze business requirements and develop cost-effective systems and solutions.
• Resolve any conflicts and manage infrastructure and implementation of new business systems.
• Collaborate with users to resolve queries, provide training requirements, and recommend changes and enhancements to the system.
• Coordinate with the Product Development team to determine business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and supervise system documents related to the changes and enhancements done to the process and system.
• Analyze and determine process problems, resolve them, and prepare technical specifications.
• Respond to customer requests regarding issues in the system and enhancements, and escalate issues if required for faster resolution.
• Prepare a test plan, and test scripts for system testing, and functional testing, and implement the plan.
• Consult the team and provide support in achieving tasks.
• Provide support for activities related to data conversion and resolve any issues occurring.
• Guide business and technology teams and suggest process changes to improve efficiency.

Requirements:   

• 2-3 Years of Experience
• Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or IT Management or relevant work experience 
• Proven work experience in handling clients to determine their business needs to transform them into information technology system requirements
• Experience working with clients to ensure proper business system implementation
• Experience evaluating existing business systems and procedures to identify areas for improvement
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
