Associate-Compliances Job in Noida at Innovaccer

Innovaccer is hiring for the role of Associate Compliances!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Manage the compliance log to help facilitate the timely resolution of matters, and prepare summary analytic reports about the matters logged
• Manage the compliance plan to help facilitate the completion of planned tasks
• Prepare draft reports for regulatory agencies and senior management as requested
• Perform planned audit and monitoring activities such as exclusions checks, Business Associate Agreement (“BAA”) audits, and similar activities
• Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures
• Assist with planning and documentation of committee meetings
• Participate in the development and delivery of compliance training programs for employees
• Assist with responding to internal compliance inquiries
• Serve as the Innovaccer compliance representative in India
• Keep abreast of industry best practices and recommend enhancements to the compliance program. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, PowerBI or similar tools for data analysis and reporting
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
• Preferred experience and skills include
• Professional certification in Compliance
• Experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory role
• Working knowledge of U.S. healthcare laws, regulations, and standards
