Times Internet is hiring for the role of Associate - Compliance!

Responsibilities of the candidate:

• Conducting the Board meeting/General meeting of the company under the ET Money brand by preparing the agenda, conducting the meeting, preparing the minutes, and circulating the same.
• Conducting the meetings of the various Committees of the company by
• Preparing the agenda, conducting the Board meeting, preparing the minutes, and circulating the same.
• Filing all necessary reports required under the Companies Act, 2013, and other applicable Acts and Regulations.
• Need to update the management about various new circulars, regulations, etc.
• Conduct a suitable & qualified evaluation of the Directors of the NBFC Company as per the company policy.
• Assisting the Directors in completing the required legal & compliance formalities
• Follow up on various key points discussed during the Board/Committee meetings.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and circulars as applicable.
• Managing the Contracts.

Requirements:

• You must have at least 1+ years of experience in auditing/finance.
• You should be the Company Secretary.
• You must have advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint Excel & Word.
• You must have strong communication and articulation skills.
• You must understand the legal and regulatory environment in the financial services space.
• You should be a quick learner and a good team player.
• You should be able to work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
