Apollo Global Management is hiring for the role of Associate, Compensation, Benefits & Analytics!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collaborate with team members on the creation of analytics and reports for COOs and other P&L owners as well as Senior Leadership from Adaptive and other Compensation technologies as well as Excel/PowerPoint
• Provide operational support of compensation forecast model and reporting during monthly forecasts as well as critical year-end budgeting process
• Provide operational support, continued improvement, and maintenance of Adaptive system & infrastructure
• Collaborate with team members to improve and streamline processes and business/management reporting
• Partners with Human Capital, Corporate Technology, Finance and other cross-functional team members to troubleshoot and implement solutions across technology platforms including Adaptive, OneStream, Workday, and any other current or future technologies

Requirements:

• Adaptive/OneStream or similar enterprise performance management administration and report creation
• Strong experience in data handling, reporting and excellent knowledge of Excel
• Experience with coding languages e.g. VBA (Macros), Python, SQL a plus
• Interest in learning compensation plans, processes, and design
• Understanding of finance/accounting processes
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Identifies problems in a timely manner and escalates where appropriate; gathers and analyzes information skillfully
• Candidate must have a high degree of integrity
• Skilled in both written and verbal communication, able to clearly present ideas to team members
• Solution-oriented mindset, strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities at one time
• Candidate must have an analytical, logical thought process for tackling problems
