Publicis Sapient is hiring for the role of Associate Compensation and Benefits!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Act as an HRIS system Consultant for Human Resources (HR) functions requirement
• Liaise with IT Enterprise Applications Departments to provide system requirement support; analyze and leverage technology solutions to meet the needs of the HR Department and users of HR information systems throughout the company.
• Assists HR team with technical issues related to the use of HRIS systems and assists in building processes with Operations track.
• Identifies, tracks, monitors, and communicates on project-related issues, scope changes, variances, and contingencies that occur during projects. Monitors project work to ensure that progress is maintained within expected guidelines and is completed on a timely basis.
• Work with HR teams to perform tests to ensure all processes work according to the pre-determined goals identified.
• Other daily operational work – maintaining trackers, creation of BRD & SOP documents, publishing minutes of the meetings, tracking and updating Jira status, preparing release mail, performing access audit, etc.

Requirements:

• Possess an MBA degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Human Resources, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
• 2-3 (Associate) years of experience in handling HR tools – analysis, system enhancements, coordination, user testing, etc. Skills Required
• Strong HR knowledge – various HR functions, processes, etc.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Considerable ability to follow complex oral and written instructions.
• Ability to make routine decisions by departmental policies and procedures.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with employees. Strong attention to detail.
