Whirlpool Corporation is hiring for the role of Associate CMF (Color, Material & Finish Designer)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and implement color, material, and finish (CMF) strategies for Whirlpool's global product portfolio.
• Stay ahead of the curve by forecasting and analyzing color, material, and finish trends.
• Create annual home interior trends reports.
• Contribute to crafting and visualizing the brand experience.
• Articulate and present color direction and strategy to diverse audiences.
• Generate high-quality renderings to effectively showcase CMF solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design disciplines, product marketing, engineering, and vendors to achieve project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Manage and communicate CMF strategy documents.
• Help maintain the CMF library.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or related creative field preferred)
• 1+ years of product design experience
• 1+ years of expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, and KeyShot
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Passion for color and design
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• A keen eye for detail
• 3D modeling skills (a plus)
• Fluency in English
