Bain & Company is hiring for the role of Associate - CME!
Responsibilities of the Candidates:
- Take responsibility for the assigned work streams to deliver high quality output
- Analyze data to draw meaningful insights and build subject matter expertise in CME domain
- Lead 1-2 analysts, under the guidance of a Project leader/Manager
- Support Project Leader/Manager with client communication, work planning, and team management
- Leverage relevant analytical tools – such as Excel, Alteryx, Python and Tableau – to deliver insightful analysis
- Collaborate and contribute effectively in a team environment, and deliver clear and professional presentations to the team/team leaders/managers
- Own up to professional development by consistently seeking actionable feedback
Requirements:

- Undergraduate with strong academic records and 2-5 years of relevant experience

- Leverage relevant analytical tools – such as Excel, Alteryx, Python and Tableau – to deliver insightful analysis
- Collaborate and contribute effectively in a team environment, and deliver clear and professional presentations to the team/team leaders/managers
- Own up to professional development by consistently seeking actionable feedback
