Responsibilities of the Candidate: 

• Operations Management:
  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the centre.
  • Ensure that the facility is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with the necessary resources.
  • Be responsible for managing budgets, allocating resources, and implementing cost-effective measures to maximize the centre's efficiency.
• Staff Management:
  • Be responsible for the recruitment, training, and supervision of staff members.
  • Hire suitable candidates, conduct performance evaluations, and provide guidance or training when necessary.
  • Create a positive work environment and ensure they work together efficiently.
    
• Client or Customer Services:
  • Provide excellent services to clients or visitors
  • Ensure that the centre meets the needs and expectations of its clients by analyzing their requirements and implementing appropriate policies or procedures.
  • Handle any client complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, delivering satisfactory resolutions.
• Reporting and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Generate reports, collect data, and analyze trends or performance indicators regularly.
  • Help in evaluating the centre's effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement, and reporting to upper management or stakeholders.
• Compliance and Safety:
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements 
  • Stay updated on health and safety regulations, conducting regular safety inspections, and implementing corrective measures, if necessary.
  • Maintain necessary licenses or certifications and ensure that the centre operates within ethical and legal boundaries.
• Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and implement long-term strategies for the centre.
  • Identify goals, setting targets, and creating plans to achieve them.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market demands, and technological advancements also helps Center Managers adapt and stay ahead in their field.
• Community Engagement:
  • Do community engagement may be an essential aspect of a Center Manager's responsibilities.
  • Organize community events, forge partnerships with local organizations, and build positive relationships within the community.
