Responsibilities of the Candidate: 

• Operations Management:

• Staff Management:
  • Center Managers are responsible for the recruitment, training, and supervision of staff members.
  • This involves hiring suitable candidates, conducting performance evaluations, and providing guidance or training when necessary.
  • Effective communication and promoting teamwork among staff members is also essential for a Center Manager to create a positive work environment and ensure they work together efficiently.
    
• Client or Customer Services:
  • Providing excellent services to clients or visitors is a key responsibility of a Center Manager.
  • They must ensure that the centre meets the needs and expectations of its clients by analyzing their requirements and implementing appropriate policies or procedures.
