Associate - Category & Marketing Internship in Bangalore at Myntra

Myntra is hiring for the role of Associate - Category & Marketing!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Responsible for driving the revenue and growth for the categories - by enabling data-backed decision-making for growing the brands on the platform, and increasing customer acquisition and retention for the categories.
• Responsible for closing & aligning traffic targets for the month across various touchpoints and driving these targets with respective stakeholders.
• Develop a sharp understanding of the category, its customer cohorts, its drivers, and barriers to purchasing online. Use consumer insights to initiate and drive new projects to scale the business.
• Generate and analyze consumer, shopper, retailer, and competition insights related to category/brand with actionable recommendations.
• Set up various experiments on and off the platform to drive growth for the business and widen the top of the funnel.
• Work closely with product & tech teams to optimize the sales funnel.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of total experience; 1+ years of experience in e-commerce/high growth startup/ analytics fields will be an added advantage.
• Must manage multiple senior stakeholders independently.
• High competency in written and verbal communication skills (preparation of business documentation, and presenting to senior stakeholders a must)
• Able to innovate on-demand initiatives with category & industry-first initiatives.
• Able to work with others in a fast-paced, team environment and to interact effectively with all levels of management.
• Results-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, can work individually with minimal or no supervision.
