Cars24 is hiring for the role of Associate - C2C!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Provide customers with information about our products and services through effective communication.
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries and resolve their issues.
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions to their queries.
- Assist customers in completing payments for challan-related transactions by securing the necessary OTP.
Requirements:
- A candidate with 0-3 years of experience in customer support or telecalling.
- Someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage customer interactions.
- A problem-solver who can understand and address customer needs efficiently.
- An individual comfortable handling payment-related processes and ensuring customer satisfaction
