Grant Thornton is hiring for the role of Associate - C&RM INDUS Audit!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Process all forecast updates within 24 to 48 hours of receipt; to include individual resource updates, engagement updates, and/or ad hoc requests.
• Highlight conflicts and identify resources with full or partial availability.
• Attend team calls (where possible) to gain an understanding of key staffing issues.
• Connect with the U.S.-based C&RM team and/or U.S.-based Client-facing staff on an ad hoc basis to understand challenges faced and to update staffing requests accordingly.
• Be responsible for data management of assigned population(s) to ensure resumes and skills profiles are current, and forecasting is timely and accurate.
• Report are to be prepared regularly using Excel and other reporting tools
• Highlight conflicts and identify resources with full or partial availability as per the business needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, and/or related field
• Master’s in Business, Management, Finance, HR
• Big 4 experience a plus
