Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for product assortment.
•  Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate terms and secure favorable pricing.
• Analyze sales data to make informed decisions on inventory levels and product promotions.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that drive product visibility and sales.
• Monitor competitor activities and market changes to adjust buying strategies accordingly.
• Ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory.
• Implement merchandising displays and layouts to enhance the shopping experience.
• Assess customer feedback and preferences to refine product offerings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in buying, merchandising, or retail operations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Detail-oriented and organized approach to managing multiple tasks.
