Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Demonstrate an understanding of assortment planning, contributing to effective product selection and optimization.
• Exhibit knowledge of competition brands in the ethnic wear space, staying informed about market trends and dynamics.
• Enhance buying margins for the brand through strategic pricing and negotiation.
• Introduce new raw materials, trends, fabrics, and trims to diversify and improve product offerings.
• Liaise with all stakeholders, including design, sourcing, and product development teams, to ensure seamless coordination.
• Coordinate with the marketplace team and individual sellers to optimize product visibility and sales.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive the growth of the category through targeted initiatives and promotions.

Requirements:

• Possess 2-5 years of experience with an ethnic background, showcasing a strong connection to and understanding of cultural nuances.
• Demonstrate familiarity with buying and marketplace management for relevant categories, indicating experience in product selection and sales optimization.
• Have a comprehensive understanding of the jewellery and women's accessory market, showcasing knowledge of industry trends and dynamics.
• Exhibit sound business judgment, highlighting the ability to make informed decisions that contribute to the success of the business.
