Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Initiate outbound calls to cold contacts within UK & EU time zones.
• Effectively communicate and market IT services, products, and partnerships.
• Convert cold contacts into potential leads and set up appointments.
• Maintain organized records of contacts, leads, and appointments using Excel/CRM.
• Maintain consistent communication with internal stakeholders.
• Meet lead & pipeline targets to enhance brand visibility in assigned territories.
• Work with marketing, sales, and pre-sales teams to move leads through sales funnel.
• Adapt to evolving market conditions to optimize sales outcomes.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years Tele-calling/sales experience in UK region.
• Strong command over English.
• IT services industry experience preferred.
• Strong customer acquisition & sales skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to overcome objections.
• Self-starter and go-getter attitude.
