W3Global is hiring for the role of Associate Business Process Analyst!

Responsibilities of the candidate: 

• MS Excel Expertise:
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in MS Excel & Google sheets, including the ability to create complex formulas, manage large data sets, and develop automated spreadsheets.
• Utilize Excel functions and features to analyze data, generate reports, and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Data Entry and Maintenance:
• Accurately enter and manage data in various systems and databases.
• Perform routine data validation and cleaning to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Computer Operations:
• Monitor and manage computer systems, ensuring smooth operations and identifying and resolving any technical issues that arise.
• Perform routine system checks, updates, and backups to maintain system stability.
• Documentation:
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of data entry procedures, programming tasks, system operations & Issue register.
• Monitoring & Quality Control:
• Review data for inconsistencies or errors and take corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure data quality and adherence to established standards.
• Forecasting DLP threats from the observations.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Generate regular and ad hoc reports using Gooogle Dashborads & MS Excel to provide insights and support decision-making.
• Analyze data trends and patterns to identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including programmers, analysts, and operations, to ensure data accuracy and fulfill reporting requirements.
• Troubleshooting:
• Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to computer systems and programming tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or equivalent; relevant technical certifications like COPA or MS-Excel or coursework is a plus, will be advantages.
• Proven hands-on experience with MS Excel, including advanced formula creation and data manipulation.
• A basic understanding of programming concepts and languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++) is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
• Familiarity with basic computer operations and troubleshooting techniques.
• Previous experience as a computer operator, data entry specialist, or programming assistant is beneficial.
