Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Generate detailed analyses to facilitate decision-making by leaders for the cross-platform growth of MFB brands.
• Tactically execute strategies across various business areas, including pricing, cataloging, and merchandising, to drive growth.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across diverse teams, such as Business Intelligence, Category, Brand Buying, and Brand Sourcing, to ensure alignment and collaboration.
• Provide daily performance reporting and analysis to keep stakeholders informed and identify areas for improvement.
• Extract data for daily reporting and conduct ad hoc analysis to address specific business inquiries or challenges.

Requirements:

• Possess 2+ years of experience in business analytics/business growth roles, demonstrating a strong background in data-driven decision-making.
• Exhibit strong analytical skills to effectively convert data insights into actionable business objectives.
• Proficient in database and analytics concepts, with the ability to translate business requirements into SQL statements or dashboards.
• Prior e-commerce experience is a plus, indicating familiarity with the dynamics of online business.
• Quick learner, hard-working, and dedicated, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
• Team player with a high level of cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented, capable of building a comprehensive understanding of tools, and contributing to the execution of growth actions.
• Comfortable working over weekends, showcasing flexibility and commitment to achieving business objectives.
