• Hold an IATA Diploma or an equivalent certification, demonstrating foundational knowledge in the field.
• Familiarity with Fares & Geography, indicating an understanding of pricing structures and global regions.
• Proficient in fare construction, showcasing the ability to create and understand fare components.
• Knowledgeable in ticketing rules, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Competent in using Amadeus commands to retrieve fares, indicating proficiency in a widely used Global Distribution System (GDS) in the travel industry.
