DigiMnatra Labs is hiring for the role of Associate Business Development Executive!

Responsibility of the Candidate:

  • Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities, coordinating business generation activities by searching prospective clients via various portals and social media sites
  • Building business relationships with current and potential clients
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
  • Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
  • Actively participate in team meetings and provide/take feedback from the seniors
  • Accurately prepares written business correspondence that is coherent, grammatically correct, effective and professional.
  • Displays a positive attitude.
  • Demonstrates flexibility in day-to-day work.
  • Sets high standards of performance for oneself.
  • Actively applies feedback received to day-to-day work and strives to improve performance.
  • Accurately completes and submits status reports in a timely manner.
  • Complies with all of our policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Experience or knowledge of lead generation and prospect management on IT portals such as PPH, Upwork, and Freelance; social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented
  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
  • Able to communicate with clients professionally and confidently
  • Excellent analytical and time-management skills
  • Demonstrated and proven sales results
  • Qualification- Any graduate/postgraduate, having a computer science background is an advantage
  • Experience- 0-1 year in IT Bidding
