Morningstar, Inc. is hiring for the role of Associate Business Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate

• Work with all stakeholders including product, customer success, and technology teams to define and document detailed business and technical requirements for end-to-end client solutions and assist in pre-sales client consultations. 
• Communicate clear and concise project status to internal and external project stakeholders, tracking and managing key metrics such as scope, schedule, quality, and risk.  
• Apply agile project management methodology (Scrum), ensuring that best practices are adhered to and the customer receives excellent service throughout the delivery life cycle.  
• Perform User Acceptance Testing
• Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements
• Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
• Serve as the subject matter expert to help resolve queries

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of work experience in funds management, wealth management or personal investments
• MBA in Finance, CA or financial qualification
• Basic HTML knowledge
• Excellent writing, communication, problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Meticulous and attention to detail
• Ability to effectively communicate with local and international teams.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• The ability to work with integrity, professionalism, and a collaborative attitude. 
• Empathy and the maturity to own and learn from challenges. 
• A proactive approach and a can-do attitude to solving problems. 
• A team player’s attitude with a high threshold for quality.
• Financial services experience is a plus
• Experience working in an Agile environment
