PayU is hiring for the role of Associate Business Analyst!
Responsibilities of the Candidates:
- Develop key metrics, MISes, dashboards to keep business and product data-informed.
- Monitoring of key metrics to ensure program health for multiple programs across key business areas
- Understand, synthesize and derive insights from large data sets to identify areas of improvement in business processes such as lead to disbursement funnel, partner payment invoicing etc
- Identify trends and drive and implement improvements with diverse set of stakeholders such as Business, Product, Risk to deliver cross functional changes in product, risk & policy and operational practices such as collections, partner payouts
Requirements:
- SQL, Python
- Advanced levels of excel
