Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Strengthening brand positioning, building brand salience & aspiration.
• Overseeing production & ground execution of campaigns.
• Creating a pipeline of content & ideas with relevant 3rd parties.
• Scouting for sponsorship & association opportunities; events, films, shows, sports & more.
• Collaborating with opinion-makers from industries like automobile, lifestyle, tech & more on brand-relevant properties: offline & online.
• Identifying key business problems/opportunities.
• Drawing actionable consumer insights & solutionize.
• Improving conversion across the brand funnel from the point of awareness to the acquisition.
• Monthly business planning (Volume, Enquiries); Marketing support for sales & dealership teams.
• Assisting in sales training on product pitch basis evolving business scenario.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in handling integrated campaigns & brand alliances
• The knack of picking consumer insights through data, interactions, and observations
• Strong brief-writing skills
• Advanced agency-handling and partner-relationship management
• Moderate to advanced understanding of media planning: Online and offline
• Good program-management skills
• Trade & sales understanding
• Openness to travel every month
