TVS is hiring for the role of Associate Brand Manager!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Understand the target customer of a given brand and give feedback
- Plan achievement of volume and market share in key geographies
- Interact with the sales teams to understand gaps and requirements to achieve the deployed targets and implement countermeasures to mitigate risks
- Maintain MIS and other inputs required for the smooth functioning of the brand
- Monitor resources and efficient deployment
- Conceive and implement innovation in market activation and monitor impact
- Improve in-store experience through appropriate and standard POSM, display, and adherence to brand voice
Requirements:
- Category: Master's Degree
- Field Specialization: Marketing
- Degree: Master of Business Administration - MBA, Post Graduate Diploma in Business Analytics - PGDBA, Post Graduate Diploma in Management - PGDM
- 2+ years of relevant experience
