Zeta is hiring for the role of Associate - Banking Operations!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Zeta agrees with HDFC Bank to launch a credit card on the Zeta Platform.
• Zeta team would manage the credit card operations on behalf of HDFC Bank. We are looking for candidates who have relevant experience and are ready to work in a challenging and ever-evolving environment.
• Operations Management
• Handing dispute and fraud cases regularly
• Settlement and reconciliation of credit card transactions

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Keep customer needs at the forefront of priorities and take relevant action
• MS Excel / Google sheet knowledge would be preferred.
• Graduate with 1 to 3 years of experience in Operations / Servicing
• Relevant experience in Fintech/Banking domain, more specifically in credit card operations
