ITC Limited is hiring for the role of Associate/Assistant Manager – HR!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Oversee robustness of people systems at the partners’ end, with a view to enhance program performance – from overseeing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, engagement, capability development, pay to performance linkage
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders for developing relevant and updated learning content
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for verification / assessment of service levels of the partners and employees, and related periodic inputs for financial transactions (such as service orders invoice processing etc.)

Requirements:

• MBA / PGD in Human Resources
• A minimum of 3-4  years of experience in handling HR Administration and Operations, preferably in the consumer goods industry
• Experience of Sales/Promoter HRBP role is desirable
