Associate/Assistant Manager Job in Delhi at Invest India

Invest India is hiring for the role of Associate/Assistant Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Maintain smooth functioning of the NSWS platform for users across various authorities, central ministries, departments, and state agencies.
• Work with Nodal Officers and technical teams to onboard additional authority approvals and systems onto the NSWS.
• Explain the project, its context, and value proposition, understand stakeholder needs, constraints, and plan execution.
• Understand and document the requirements, business logic, suggestions, recommendations, and constraints of stakeholders and users.
• Maintain stakeholder and functional level consolidated requirement documents.
• Create, implement, and run reports to provide effective management information.
• Collect timely decisions and resources, including the status of stakeholders, projects, constraints, risks, opportunities, and decisions required.
• Work with industry associations and individual businesses, organize and run webinars, workshops, seminars, etc., and collect and analyze feedback on user experience, functionality, features, etc.
• Conduct secondary research to identify coverage gaps and best practices.
• Build and run mass and targeted promotional campaigns to rapidly scale NSWS usage.
• Leverage in-house channels and partner channels like industry associations and government authorities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in engineering/technology/science/economics/business/commerce, master's in science/engineering/business administration or related fields is an added advantage.
• 1-3 years of experience, preferably as a business analyst or operational consultant.
• Fluency in English with good written and spoken communication skills.
• Fluency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PPT, Word, etc.).
• Basic IT knowledge and application to business (preferred).
