ADP Pvt ltd. is hiring for the role of Associate Application Developer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• The Platform Engineer is a primary resource for technical design, development, testing, support, and ongoing maintenance – end-to-end ownership for platform applications
• Implement and configure application functionality including user interfaces, business rules, workflows, and complex logic
• Work closely with associates in the US to gather & understand requirements, propose solutions, and provide support
• Work with support teams to troubleshoot issues and determine the root cause
• Provide feedback on processes and drive both technology change as well as product insight
• Ensure all work is tested thoroughly through manual and automated testing
• Ability to multi-task and take ownership of own progress & tasks
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the team’s processes, procedures, and best practices

Requirements:

• Master/achelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 0-3 years of development experience.
• Proficiency in one of the following languages C#, Java, C++, Ruby.
• Thorough knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and Web Standards.
• Ideally, experience with node.js for Server Side JavaScript development.
• Familiarity with client-side MVC frameworks, preferably React.js/Angular.js
• Experience with at least one major server-side web development stack.
• Technical knowledge in RDBMS / NoSQL.
• Experience in GIT.
• Experience Unix/Linux OS.
• Experience with Agile as a software development methodology
• Strong verbal communication, cross-group collaboration skills, analytical, structured, and strategic thinking.
• Great interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, and belief in teamwork.
• Problem-Solving skills and ability to swim in ambiguity.
