United Airlines is hiring for the role of Associate Analyst (Systems Support) – Global Procurement!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Serve as a point of contact for system users regarding system-related inquiries, issues, and support requests.
• Provide timely and effective technical support to users experiencing issues with procurement systems.
• Learn and understand the capabilities and effective utilization of procurement systems.
• Support documentation of processes, troubleshooting steps, and resolution outcomes.
• Assist in the configuration, testing, and implementation of system enhancements and upgrades.
• Foster strong collaboration with teams, to ensure comprehensive fulfillment of support requests.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancement, system optimization, and user experience improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a business field such as computer science, information technology, engineering, or any other related field.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Customer support.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Desire to learn new software.
• Passion for technology and system.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and propose effective. solutions.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred:

• Experience in customer support roles.
• Experience in procurement software and systems (such as Coupa).
