Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Accounting.
- Experience in India and US payroll accounting.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to multitask, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and SAP.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of basic auditing and internal control standards.
- Experience in India payroll processing, data maintenance, accounting, and regulatory compliances.
- Knowledge of India tax and statutory compliances.
- Proven ability to prioritize and work within strict timelines.
- In-depth experience with payroll processing, analysis, and management reporting.
- Understanding of business terminology, operations, financial policies, and internal controls.
- High integrity, ethical standards, and commitment to data privacy.
- Ability to identify complex issues related to non-standard transactions and develop solutions.
- Ability to work in a flexible, high-pressure, client-driven environment.
- Strong word processing and spreadsheet skills.
- Effective problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize work, document, and report concisely.
- Typing speed of 45–50 words per minute with data entry capability of 7000 ksph with 5% or less errors.
- Good verbal, written communication, and documentation skills.
- Strong team player with the ability to brainstorm issues and suggest resolution plans.
