EY (Ernst & Young) is hiring for the role of Associate Analyst-Independence-Bridge Research!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Learn and understand key requirements of the firm, structure, business strategies and different regulatory RMS rules and policies.
• Provide transactional compliance support for Risk Management as per the laid down standards.
• Ensure regular follow-up with the EY engagement teams, and EY Clients and assist with the process completion.
• Liaison between the different engagement teams, risk management services team and other functional areas within the firm.
• Adapt to the different databases and process steps to complete requests received.
• Ensure timely delivery of quality work and achieve the objectives set based on the determined process methodology.

Requirements:

• B.Com/MBA
• 0 to 1 years of relevant experience
• Any relevant certifications will be an added advantage
• Structured written and oral communication skills
• Good secondary research skills
• Good decision-making capabilities
• Understanding of MS Office tools – Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Quality focus
• Time management
• Collaborative mindset
