United Airlines is hiring for the job role of Associate Analyst - Customer Insights & Analytics IKC!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Gather and organize data from various sources and develop frameworks that assist with decision-making.
• Assist in ad-hoc decision support and scenario analyses.
• Create and modify reports.
• Take ownership of reporting structure and metrics in order to clearly and effectively communicate relevant information to decision-makers.
• Build predictive models and analyze results for dissemination of insights to United leadership.
• Prepare presentations for United leadership and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• MBA preferred.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be competent in querying and manipulating relational databases via Teradata SQL assistant, Microsoft SQL server, Oracle SQL Developer.
• Must be proficient in at least one quantitative analysis tool.
• Python/R.
• Must be familiar with one or more reporting tools
• Tableau/Oracle OBIEE/TIBCO Spotfire.
• Must be detail.
• Oriented, thorough and analytical with a desire for continuous improvements.
• Must be adept at juggling several projects and initiatives simultaneously through appropriate prioritization.
• Exhibit written and spoken English fluency.
• Must be legally authorized to work in India for any employer without sponsorship.
• Must be fluent in English and Hindi (written and spoken).
• Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification.
• Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position.
• 1-2 years of analytics-related experience.
