Eaton is hiring for the role of Associate Analyst - BI!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Data Analysis, cleaning, and transformation
- Work with business on understanding reporting needs, establishing/documenting requirements & creating reports/dashboards using BI Tools
- Collaborate with various business teams to get the required data, and facts to meet the business report requirements.
- Ownership of the report/dashboards, ensuring data quality, accuracy, driving cadence, defining KPIs with business
- Build PowerPoint presentation to present a story
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or a related role
- Strong proficiency in statistical and machine learning techniques
- Excellent data visualization and communication skills
- Experience with data analysis tools and technologies (e.g., Python, R, SQL)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
