Associate-Analyst Job in Bengaluru at Myntra

Myntra is hiring for the role of Associate-Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Analyze performance of key sections of the Myntra storefront (home page,
  navigation, banners, personalization zones).
• Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor daily/weekly metrics (CTR, CVR,
  bounce rates, etc.).
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities through data analysis to optimize
  merchandising and UX strategies.
• Partner with Product Managers, UX designers, and Category teams to test and
  validate hypotheses.
• Support A/B testing initiatives: design experiments, analyze results, and make
  actionable recommendations.
• Create periodic reports and deep-dives on campaign performance, seasonal spikes,
  and traffic sources.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in analytics, preferably in e-commerce or consumer tech.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
• Experience with Python/R is a plus.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication skills.
