Associate Analyst Job in Gurgaon at EY (Ernst & Young)

EY is hiring for the role of Associate Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Learn tools, technologies, and EY databases for validating compliance monitoring support.
• Conduct systematic and intuitive secondary research to support compliance monitoring.
• Analyze research findings, draw inferences, and conclude reviews based on research requirements.
• Ensure timely transmission of review outcomes to the PPEDs upon conclusion of reviews.
• Utilize analytical and project management methodologies and tools to achieve core KPIs.
• Execute all assigned projects according to standard operating procedures and specified timelines.
• Initiate process improvements as you advance in the role.
• Contribute ideas for improvement during team meetings as necessary.
• Fulfill periodic assignments of ad hoc process activities.
• Manage process deadlines to prevent client escalations by delivering timely, high-quality results.

Requirements:

• Post-graduate or equivalent degree from a reputed college
• At least 1-2 years of experience in:
• Research/Compliance processes
• Data analysis and reporting
• Strong logical reasoning skills
• Experience of working in a fast-moving, client-driven environment
